    Got Stomach Pain? These Honey Cures Can Take Care of It

    One of the strongest and most irritating pains you can feel is the pain in the abdominal area. Stomach problems are common, and there are many causes for them, including indigestion, stomach virus, constipation, menstrual cramps, food poisoning, food allergies, gas, and irritable bowel syndrome.     Wheat and Honey

    Ingredients

    • 500 gr (17.6 oz) wheat
    • 5 tablespoons of honey

    How to make it

    1. Boil the wheat, and then let it cool down for three hours. After that, cream the wheat.

    • 1 glass of water

    How to make it

    1. Boil water, and then add honey.
    2. Drink one glass two hours before breakfast, and one glass two hours before lunch. Finish it off with a glass of the solution three hours after dinner.

    Honey and Banana

    You can consume this remedy on a daily basis, just so you improve your immune system. But if you want to battle stomach pain and stomach ulcers, here is what to do.

    Ingredients

    • 1 banana
    • 1 tablespoon of honey

    How to make it

    1. Cut the banana into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add honey. Mix together to get a smooth texture.
    2. Consume one tablespoon three times per day. The therapy lasts for 3 months.
