Three Shots to Fight Cancer, Burn Fat and Boost Metabolism


We all feel tired in the morning when we wake up. I’ve rarely met a person who can get out of bed energized in the morning; most of us reach for a cup of coffee right away. I was like that for a while.

But in the past few years, I’ve found out that a healthy drink can get me more energized than a cup of coffee. The biology behind the discovery is that our body is acidic in the morning, and we need to alkalize it to balance the pH value.

That being said, here are three healthy shots that not only give you an energy boost, but also fight cancer and burn fat.

Green Shot

Thanks to the high amounts of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B, and protein, this drink gives you tons of energy in the morning and helps fight cancer and free radicals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • ¼ cup of blueberries
  • 1 slice of ginger

Combine all ingredients in a blender, add some water to bring it to the desired consistency, and drink up. Double or triple the ingredients to prepare a larger amount, and then store in the fridge.

Digestion Shot

The most important part of energizing your body in the morning is to prepare your digestive system for the day ahead (keep in mind that your digestive system has been in “sleep mode” for several hours). Here is one drink to get it started.

Ingredients

  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • ½ ounce of lemon juice (or juice from one lemon)
  • ½ ounce of apple cider vinegar

Mix the ingredients, add a little water, and drink up. You can add as much water as necessary in order to get the desired consistency.

Metabolism Booster Shot

Last, but not least, this is a drink that will help you burn more fat. It puts your metabolism into overdrive, as boosting it to burn more fat is the key to losing weight.

Ingredients

  • Juice from one lemon
  • ½ ounce apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

The trick here is the capsaicin-rich cayenne pepper, which vastly speeds up our metabolic rate. Mix all the ingredients and add some water to bring it to the desired consistency. Drink up!
