From her successful career in judo and UFC, Ronda Rousey has once again changed careers and fully entered the realm of professional wrestling. However, it wasn’t easy at first because some people didn’t agree.
Even Sasha Banks revealed that she wasn’t initially happy when she learned that Rousey was going to join her in the female locker room. But because she saw how Rousey proved people wrong, Banks now considers herself as a fan.
But have you ever wondered why The Baddest Woman on the Planet suddenly decided to shift to WWE?
In a WWE exclusive video, Ronda Rousey grants everyone a backstage pass during her preparation for her first WWE title match just recently. Unfortunately, she failed to win against Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax in the WWE Money in the Bank 2018.
According to Rousey, “I am not a wrestler, and I am not a fighter, I am a martial artist, and there’s a big difference there.”
The first time that Rousey gave out hints that she wanted to join WWE was when she shocked everyone with her arrival at the Royal Rumble in Philadelphia. She pointed at the WrestleMania sign, making everyone think that she might join soon.
Ronda Rousey made her stunning WWE debut at WrestleMania 34, defeating Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a tag team match up with Kurt Angle.
