Previous UFC Champ Matt Serra saves the day in a restaurant in Vegas
UFC Hall of Fame inductee Matt Serra is spending the night in a hotel in Vegas to have a sight of the international fight week and attend the UFC award’s night. Aside from the excitement of the fight and honour of being enshrined on UFC’s Hall of Fame, Serra has another nice thing to tell when he got home.
Just yesterday, Serra posted a video on Instagram where he’s on top of a shirtless guy inside a seemingly nice place. Is he on an unfortunate fight? This won’t be on the list of your options because the MMA idol is all smiles.
Apparently, a raging drunk dude was threatening waiters inside the restaurant before trying to swing on Serra. Does this guy know who he is clashing?
So this is how things started. Captioned, “Weekend at Bernie’s 3,” Serra took a footage of a man and woman behind him who can’t seem to manage their drunken state. They entertained the former champ too well in this video because he got a good laugh at the end.
Nope. Matt Serra isn’t the best person to swing on a night out
Serra, sitting on top of the drunk dude isn’t applying any violence. As to how it looks, he’s just waiting for the right people to penalize the mischievous guy, who are Grand Cafe at Red Rock Casino’s security personnel.
After a short while of subduing him (who’s still trying to advance against the MMA legend), authorities arrived and he let go of him after a little explanation.
Here’s the footage fresh from his Instagram account:
Just another day in Vegas. Serra was inducted into the UFC HOF Thursday night along with Ronda Rousey, Bruce Connal, and Art Davie.
“The Terror” (11-7) is a professional MMA fighter with a massive background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This leaves us with the lesson: do not mess up around a huge guy who’s about to enter the UFC hall of Fame.
