Khabib Nurmagomedov does not see his next fight happening in Las Vegas.
Following a chaotic UFC 229 brawl that broke out at T-mobile Arena last week, the Russian champion no longer wants to take his talents to the entertainment capital, especially if his fight with Floyd Mayweather come to fruition.
Khabib Nurmagomedov has called out Floyd Mayweather in the hope he can do what Conor McGregor failed to do, saying "in the jungle there is only one king".

King of the Jungle
‘The Eagle’ has been hitting the headlines in the past week. From defending his actions in the post-fight brawl to issuing an ultimatum to the UFC, Nurmagomedov had called out almost everybody after the controversial UFC 229.
His recent call out was aimed at the undisputed boxing champion, Mayweather.
In a video with the chief executive of Mayweather Promotions, Mr. Leonard Ellerbe, Nurmagomedov challenged ‘The Money’ to a fight to settle who is the real king of the jungle. Khabib has stretched his winning ways to 27 fights after defeating McGregor last week while Floyd holds a perfect 50-0 record, with the last win coming from the same victim.
“Let’s go, Floyd. We have to fight now. 50-0 vs 27-0, two guys who never lose, why not?Because in the jungle there is only one king. Only one king. Of course, I am the king because he could not drop McGregor and I dropped him easily. Let’s go.”

Make Las Vegas Great Again!
In an interesting development, ‘Money’ has accepted the challenge from Khabib, but it was still not clear if it is on boxing or MMA. One thing is for sure as of now, the undefeated boxer will come out of retirement and fight the lightweight champ if the price is right.
Mayweather took to Instagram to confirm that he is not letting this opportunity slip his hands. He posted:
It was not the first time a UFC star called out the boxing GOAT in a fight. Last year, Mayweather unretired to lock horns with UFC’s biggest box office draw, Conor McGregor, in a boxing match. When the smoke cleared, the American boxer preserved his unbeaten record after he knocked out the Irish star in the 1oth round.
Hours after Mayweather nodded on Khabib’s challenge, ‘The Eagle’ canceled out one possibility for their fight. Nurmagomedov does not want Las Vegas to play host for their match-up because of monetary reasons.
Recently, the Nevada Athletic State Commission decided to freeze Khabib’s $2 million paycheck for his role in the post-UFC 229 fracas. The commission has also served a temporary suspension to both Nurmagomedov and McGregor while a hearing on October 24 will determine if they will be banned for good.
