There is nothing worse than having a really long day, but when your body starts to show it then this can really knock your confidence. You may feel run down and you may even feel constantly tired as well. The thing that you have to remember here is that you don’t have to settle for those under eye wrinkles, and you don’t have to use the super expensive creams that are out there either. It’s more than possible for you to treat your wrinkles and you probably have these items around the home as well!

Egg White Mask

Egg white contains both protein and collagen. The collagen that is in egg white really helps to fill in your under eye wrinkles. The protein also helps your skin to be far more elastic as well. Egg white is also known for tightening skin and it can shrink your pores too. When you do this, you’ll soon find that your skin is far more radiant! So how do you create an egg white mask?

The first thing that you have to do is separate the yolk from the white. Do this with two eggs, and whisk the white together until it is nice and frothy. You may feel as though you are making a meringue here, but don’t worry, stay with us! Rub the egg white into the skin, ensuring you are using an upward motion. Let it dry on your skin for a total of 15 minutes and then remove it with some lukewarm water.

When you have done this, don’t scrub your skin. Instead, you will want to pat it dry with a very soft towel. When you do this treatment, and when you have removed the egg white, you can actually feel like your skin is way tighter and more toned as well.

How to Get Rid Of Those Annoying Under Eye WrinklesRosemary Oil

Essential oils are an awesome natural wrinkle cure.

If an egg white mask doesn’t appeal to you then don’t worry, you can easily use rosemary oil to try and get the same results. When you massage some of this into your skin, you’ll soon find that it can really increase your blood flow. When you do have an increased blood flow, you can then remove any dirt or free radicals from the skin. This is what really makes your skin’s collagen break down, so it is well-worth doing. Plus, who doesn’t like a good massage with some nice-smelling oil? You can rub this under your eyes and not only does it help to eliminate dryness. It also helps to reduce friction from the massage in general.

To do this, all you have to do is dip your finger into some rosemary oil. Gently rub the inside of your eye, near to your nose. When you have done this, go back and make your way up to your temple. You will want to do this around four times, so that you can get the best result out of your massage in general.

Castor Oil

Castor oil is very rich and it can easily be used as a moisturiser. It is ideal for getting rid of under eye wrinkles and it is great for keeping skin smooth and supple. Simply dip your finger into the oil and follow the tips above. You’ll find that the castor oil helps to add a lot of moisture onto your skin. It also forms a barrier. This helps to stop the moisture from evaporating and it’s ideal for those who use an existing moisturiser with positive results.

Yes, you heard that right! Cucumber is great for wrinkles.

When you apply cucumber topically, it can add a lot of moisture back into your skin. It is also ideal at stopping any new under eye wrinkles from forming as well. That’s just one of the many reasons why cucumber slices are ideal for placing over your eyes, and you’d be surprised at how great this is for your skin. The first thing that you need to do is cut off around ¼ of a cucumber and then put it into an blender. It’s important to know that when you do this, you want it to be chunky. If you don’t have a blender then don’t worry, you can easily take a fork to a cucumber and mash it up a little. Apply the cucumber mash to your eyes and keep it there for around 15 minutes. You can then remove the mix with some very warm water and then pat your eyes with a soft towel.

Avocado

What isn’t avocado good for? Avocado is known for containing carotenoids and this acts as an antioxidant. This helps you to get rid of any free radicals, which as you probably know, can be very damaging to your skin. Avocado is also packed full of Vitamin C and Vitamin E, and these two are ideal at helping to stop under eye wrinkles from forming in the first place. Avocado also comes with monounsaturated fatty acids, and when applied to the skin, they soften and tighten over time. So it’s great for your eye health generally.

If the idea of applying a vegetable to your face is confusing, you’ll be interested to know that avocado is not even a vegetable. It’s a fruit. Simply cut two slices of avocado and press them onto your eyes for around 15 minutes. After this time is up, dispose of the slices and then rinse out the residue from under your eyes. You will want to do this for a couple of minutes to make sure that it is all out of your skin. If you want to get even better results from this then one thing that you can do is mash some of the avocado together into a paste. This exposes more of your skin to the good bits of the avocado. But not everyone has time for this and it may even be hard for you to apply to your eyes.
