When you think of coloring, you probably think of little kids coloring. Most of us use coloring as a fun activity for our children. But have you ever thought, “Hey, I can use some of that coloring relaxing activity myself”? If you haven’t, I would like to encourage you to think of coloring as a stress relief activity. We live in a dynamic society, one where stress is integral part of our lives. Most people practice yoga, exercise or other types of stress relief activities. But coloring can help as well.
