When a football player clashes with a more experienced karate guy, one would think that he is at a disadvantage. Well, this is not always true especially in the case of these two athletes who met in a backyard fight.
A football player who lacked fighting experience turned to his size and power to overcome his opponent who also happened to be a black-belter. In a Streetbeefs fight, ‘Kuntry Hoodlum’ defied the basics of fighting to escape with a convincing win.
MMA-like Unsanctioned Fight
While there is UFC that gives fans intense and exciting mixed martial arts, there is also Streetbeefs who offered the same but in an unconventional way.
For those who are not familiar with Streetbeefs, it is a type of MMA league usually set in a backyard that has gained popularity on Youtube. The competition serves as a way to dispute feuds between individuals but in a more constructive way.
Unlike the UFC, Streetbeefs has its own sets of fighters. It ranges from legit professional fighters to the inexperienced ones, and from guys who have the fighting ability to those who do not actually have.
Meaning, the league is very much open to all people as long as you want to fight like Kuntry Hoodlum.
Power is Power
They say that experience and skills are a power in mixed martial arts, but in this situation power is power.
Kuntry Hoodlum may have lacked fighting experience for being a long time football player, but he has the power to dispatch opponents. His size is intimidating, with his weight almost equivalent to two people.
In fact, he edged a more experience Streetbeefs mainstay named Corey guns in his previous fight. That goes to show how impressive his resume is. But again take note he was a football player.
Meanwhile, the black belter karate guy did not go down without a fight. He knew that his experience would get him far.
But his experience was just not enough for the football player’s power. In the end, Kuntry Hoodlum won via decision. Good thing for the karate black belter guy that he did not get knocked out.
