FIFA World Cup 2018: England football fans wildly celebrated after their win over Sweden, reserving their slot in the semi-finals.
Their 2-0 win against Sweden in the quarter-finals on Sunday morning (AEST) is celebrated by the entire country, as they are closer to bringing home the long-awaited trophy.
England’s national football team, Three Lions, are going to compete with Croatia in the semi-finals. The country hasn’t won the tournament since 1966, and this is the first time it’s progressed to the finals since 1990, no wonder the crowd went wild after they won over Sweden.
However, the happiness of the football fans back in England seemed to be too much to handle.
Unroadworthy Acts By Some England Football Fans
They left an emergency vehicle smashed after dancing on it and jumping up and down – while medical staff attended a call in central London.
The London Ambulance Service expressed their disgrace over the incident and published photos of the vehicle.
On their official Twitter page, the London Ambulance Service said,
“We’re delighted with the result, but this has put a big dampener on the celebrations for us: while our officer attended a call nearby, this car was damaged in Borough High Street during the celebrations after the game – it’s now off the road to be repaired.”

West Midlands Ambulance Service reacted to the tweet, and asked, “Has true English respect really been forgotten?”
Some Football Fans Trashed an IKEA Store
There were also some football fans who broke into an IKEA store, jumping on beds and throwing things around.

And in Clapham, London, a man was recorded jumping from a double-decker bus to the roof of a bus shelter and smashing on it. There was even a woman standing underneath and was probably hurt by the unacceptable act.
The England football team are set to play with Croatia in the semi-finals on Wednesday evening.
If the Three Lions win, they will either be playing with France or Belgium in the final.
