In what looks like the calmest fight ever, this footage ends with a man showing no mercy as he slowly breaks his opponent’s arm with an omoplata.
Before you even start, let me remind you again that this video is graphic. You have been warned.
Many people know that BJJ is a great form of martial art. It’s based on grappling and ground fighting, focusing on the skill of controlling one’s opponent through techniques that force him or her to submit.
BJJ is famous all over the world, but of course, it’s probably most prominent in Brazil. It may even be possible that BJJ fights could randomly happen around the country.
Just a Normal Day in Brazil?
Although this particular fight didn’t actually happen in the street, it surely isn’t in a gym or anywhere appropriate to fight. With the relaxing music on the background, this fight must have happened inside a bar. Spoiler alert, the smooth R&B background music is excellent.
But, that’s not what this video is all about, it’s the two men who look like they have a beef to settle. The footage started with the man in a red shirt trying to fight his opponent who’s wearing a cap. There were no punches thrown, so I guess these two men know what they’re doing.
After a few seconds, the guy wearing a cap managed to dominate the fight. He must have some BJJ training as he suddenly performed a brutal armlock on his defenceless opponent.
But he didn’t stop there.. this guy must be so angry that he went on and slowly bent his opponent’s arm until it broke!
Despite the number of people in the background, no one cared to stop these guys. But when they heard the other one’s arm snap, someone finally came forward to stop them.
He Picked the Wrong Enemy
The man with the bent arm was left on the ground, and a man offered to help bring it back to position, but he failed to do such.
Watch the video below and enjoy the music, while it lasts.
(WARNING: The “snap” sound will haunt you for days.)
It remains unknown as to why this guy didn’t try to defend himself when he had the chance. He may be drunk, or he probably doesn’t have any training as his opponent, but one thing’s for sure – he didn’t see that coming.
