I don’t believe much in diets like “lose 10 lbs in one week”. The reason is simple, I know for a fact that just by eating something you cannot lose so much weight. However, what makes this smoothie and this diet “lose 20 lbs in 20 days” effective is that you actually combine the smoothie with some proper exercise and guidelines for what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It does gets my stamp of approval!
