As I mentioned already, the goal here is to use smoothies as a meal replacement, preferably the breakfast. Why? Because fruits are not recommended later in the day, at least not after 1pm. Sugars from fruits are not digested properly after 1pm, so make a point of consuming fruits and smoothies in the morning. Especially smoothies heavy on fruits like this one.
